It is quite hard for older people (for example) to navigate and decipher fact from fiction. In dealing with people who I would describes as 'victims of propaganda and confirmation bias' I find that the social media algorithms create by far the largest amount of harm

Lake Trout were very good fresh out of the lake. I have some in the freezer - a bit apprehensive about what they'll taste like Ice fished walleye are still good after months in the freezer - if you package them in a ziplock bag with some water

I'll agree to disagree on the mariahs. A Manitoba walleye caught through the ice is the best eating fish on the planet Agreed on the north. We head up Sherridon every few years - incredible for walleye and lake trout up there There's something different about the air as well
