Trogdor777 got a reaction from USABomberfan in Fire Richie Hall !!!! DISGRACE COACHErg! Toronto games are always weird. the bombers just seem flat right from opening kick off. body language and demeanor on all sides of the ball was 'meh'. You couldnt really tell they were playing to clinch home field today. Dressler and a slim few others were actually playing with any type of intensity. Wilder's arm bar that jolted Hurl's entire upper body to prevent any type of tackle was exceptionally brutal. Harris even had an unchracteristic 3 drops and didnt seem like his ole' fired up self.
Bmo had what...15,000 people. ? They sounded pretty loud. The 'Winnipeg is sinking...and I don't want to swim' sign was a nice Hip shout out, and pretty clever. Jerks!! Haha
onward to week 19!!

Trogdor777 got a reaction from Albertabomberguy in 3 stars + HH double brutal edition.Dressler - glad he's back. He could have been hurt or paralyzed by that dirty pile driver. Argo should have been booted from the game.
Givens - made some nice grabs, good speed, not bad returning the ball.
Miles (was it Miles) with the goal line stand to prevent 2 and keep us up 5.

Trogdor777 reacted to kelownabomberfan in Loudest FansI really like Dunigan as color guy. Reminds me a lot of Ron Lancaster when he was on CBC in the 1980's. Tells it like it is. With his QB past, he can see what's coming and give a lot of insight. I remember one game in the 80's when the Riders were beating Edmonton, which never happened, and Lancaster was just loving it. He said "Riders are bringing the blitz, if Edmonton doesn't see it Moon is dead" and sure enough, after Moon snapped the ball Lancaster just said "he's dead" and five guys jumped on Moon. That memory came back to me today when Dunigan announced the Lankford TD before Nichols had thrown the ball. Just love it.
OK - enough babbling, just really happy right now watching the Banjo Bowl, it was everything I wanted and more.
