2019 CFL Season: Around the League
I'd say probably not. The CFL needs the Als to succeed. No way they'll weaken the team by releasing players or fine them as the new owners would have to pay. I think you'll see a Mike Kelly quote, "It's a non issue. It's been handled internally".

Chris Jones is still a great option, as well.

I've heard ratings are down. You may be right & I hope you are.- Matt Nichols Discredited Too Much? Passing Yards Are Meaningless
Trump?- Rivalries, Late Starts, & Game Days - Attendance
The problem is tv sports are driven by advertising so if these games don't attract the numbers or demographics advertisers want, they won't sponsor so less revenue for TSN means less revenue ultimately for the CFL.- Matt Nichols Discredited Too Much? Passing Yards Are Meaningless
Same. We can say that, too.- Matt Nichols Discredited Too Much? Passing Yards Are Meaningless

We can say the team played badly if we lose & no one should take offense as it would be true.- Week 5 Takeaways
I'm just going to leave this alone.- Week 5 Takeaways
Well, I'm certainly not the only one here who name calls. When Skunk makes a statement that makes little or no sense & continues to do so then should I or anyone else just say, "Thanks for your input?"- 2019 CFL Season: Around the League
I do think if the league does a financial audit & they find improprieties then the Als should be subject to penalties like the other teams would be. However, your point is valid. Would the CFL penalize the new owners of the Als? Probably not.- 2019 CFL Season: Around the League
If true, I don't see how the Als can claim that they took care of the circumventing the cap problem by firing Reed. He still cheated & therefore the Als should be subjected to whatever financial & player penalty that is appropriate. What message does it send to teams that don't cheat that nothing will happen to an organization if it does?- Week 5 Takeaways
If they used QB Efficiency then he'd be Number 1. They used passing yards instead.- Week 5 Takeaways
Dude, are you seriously that....??? Never mind.- Week 5 Takeaways
Well, says the guy who ******* on every thread & every post about Nichols & never stops. Look in the mirror. You can't even interpret the stats right. You are a clown.- Week 5 Takeaways
Nichols QB Efficiency is 126.0 while Davis is 75.1. Nichols has completed 69.4% of his passes to Davis 66.0. The passing stats are set up by passing yard totals but not who is the fourth best or 6th best qb in the CFL. Skunk seriously saying Nichols as Number 6 is ludicrous.- Week 5 Takeaways
What fact? Cherry picking stats??? We've already seen that yardage isn't the be all or end all. Why not mention his TD to intercept numbers. His QB Efficiency? His won-lost record?? Because you have no clue.- Week 5 Takeaways
No, he wasn't. That's Skunk. As a fan, he stinks as bad as Davis is a qb.- Week 5 Takeaways
Arbuckle is a good one. Of all the new qbs that have burst upon the scene, he has the chance to be the best as he's the product of the QB Machine in Calgary.- Week 5 Takeaways
Oh FFS. You're clueless. Check out his QB Rating. Then check out Nichols. As you don't know, the QB Ratings takes his entire performance into consideration. So, his passing stats & wins. You sound more & more stupid with every post you make.- Week 5 Takeaways
Disagree with your assessment of Arbuckle. He played well & his receivers did not. So many dropped passes & fumbles. Special teams cover teams were awful. Arbuckle played well enough to win. Other areas of concern on that team.- 2019 CFL Season: Around the League
How that turkey got to where he was while virtually failing at every level as he tripped his way up the coaching & management ladder is truly amazing.- 2019 CFL Season: Around the League
