This is an oldy but one I think of when Cruz is in the media... “If you killed Ted Cruz on the floor of the Senate, and the trial was in the Senate, nobody would convict you,” Lindsay Graham. Everyone hates him but they hate his opponents more. He goes after libs, so they vote for him. It doesn't matter if he's a low life and bound to kick your dog when you're not looking, he hates libs.

We need to starve the virus. The vaccine will go a long way to do that.

Until they planted oil, the West was sort of ignored by Ottawa.

    Yes, Northern Texas included.

Yes, Dan is a tool too. I forgot about him blaming California. As usual, the red states are a disaster and the blue states will have to bail them out. Loved that Cruz voted against support after Hurricane Sandy and yet has his hands out for himself. Typical conservative.
  8. Oh, dear god, no.

One thing that I believe differentiates the CFL from other major leagues is that they always sold this as our game. Several are community owned, which puts emotional attachment/ownership to them. And, those that are privately owned, we understand it's done so with personal risk and little chance for a financial gain. I feel no such connection to the Jets, although I recognize that some do. The players, yes, Chipman/Thomson, no. And, when the NHL left us, we had IHL/AHL and other leagues to watch. I love the CFL and it can't be replaced. Openness would go a long way. The Gov't said the same thing last year. Come back, with open books and a plan. Let's get this done. I think that there is enough public support to get all levels of gov't behind this. We know that the MB Gov't is ready to support the Bombers.

Except the comparison was over their career.

Only in the ****ing US of A can a Red State, like Texas, not on the national power grid, blame a Democrat from NY for their power issues. What a pathetic lot.

Wow, I thought they would get Stafford but they waited it out and picked up Wentz. Curious to see if he can turn his career around. The Colts are built to win now, so it's his best chance.
  19. No, because it will make my comment look weird.

He needs to spend 14 days quarantining. Ha! He'll be on waivers before he even gets in a practice!

Under 16. But, they've begun trials on the 12-16 year-olds. They hope to be able to immunize 12 to 16 year-olds this summer. Younger groups are next for trials.

We'll have to see how the new variants affect everything. Higher transmission and more health effects, so far.
  23. Ottawa.

Cuomo is a horrible governor. To be fair to Cruz, he's ****ing useless, so in Cancun, he's out of the way.
