It's understandable. I'm leery of someone who says they don't want extra attention just wants to play football, yet signs up for a reality tv show and agrees to hold a press conference announcing his signing in Montreal. I think if he really didn't want extra attention he might have asked what happens when every other American player who washed out of the NFL before even playing a meaningful game signs in the CFL and said let's do that. I respect that he's being open and there's a risk in that, but it's pretty clear that the media attention is something he's playing into at this point, not trying to avoid. Reality show aside, we had a press conference when we signed Westerman. High profile NFL players get attention.

I sure hope we're paying him what he's worth. If O'shea thought he is good, then I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. I expect a tough, close and intense game in Saskatchewan. I think our team this year is going to be difficult to play against. I have a feeling that our 3 match-ups against the Riders will be some of our best games on the season, after what happened last year. We might not go 3-0, but I wouldn't be afraid to say that we will go 2-1. MOS will not let the boys forget last season. I cant wait!
