Well I guess it was bound to happen, you know how many pizza franchises there are in my neighbourhood? we have Boston, we have a Papa John's we have a Pizza Pizza, Little Cesars, 'Za opened near Dairy Queen last year, and later this fall a Carbones is going into the back of Qdoba. And YET we don't have a pizza hut....we used to, now it's a furniture rental center, been like that since the early 2000s
