The Jets are being made to look bad but its Buffs issue for sure. 
When i hear stuff like this out of Toronto, i kind of just meh now, they trying to make TNSE look bad.. The Tyler Myers situation along with others leads me to believe Buff is just being i dunno,  maybe hes tired of Maurice or Wheels (rumored to not get along) or his head and heart just wasn't in to playing anymore for the team or just hockey in general. 
The whole weird part is he showed up to pre camp then left.. Was it ankle? Heart? Issues with certain players? All of the above? 
I dont know but... Ill say its likely not a True North taking care of people issue. 
TN helped Myers and others, if something up with Buff they wouldn't **** him over

and this is a really good reason why NHLers wouldn't want to play in a super small (relatively) NHL market like Winnipeg.......seriously, people.

To be fair, that was Chipman's position when the Jets first came back when the feeling was the Jets would have to be a budget team to succeed.  They've been profitable every year and never took revenue sharing dollars (they pay into it, in fact).  Even if the Jets only broke even, their the engine that drives the Chipman family empire so I think they're fine paying upwards of the cap now.  I think that would change if the Jets had a few years where they were really bad...they wouldnt want to be pay to the cap if they were bad.  This year, even if its a step back, they are close to the cap because they're a talented team.

The Jets are on a two game winning streak and are 3-2-0 while Chicago has yet to win a game being 0-2-0
game time is at 6
 

Hopefully Laine continues his torrid start and the Jets don't get outshot 2-1 .     If we can start shoring up some of the defensive lapses and allow  Brossoit / Hellebyuck to only stop 30 pucks a game, I think we'll be in good shape for the season.   GO JETS GO!

Yes I agree about both. Hustler is a good interviewer. Lot of these people are not.
I heard the same thing  your describe coming from Lawless, once or twice, so stopped listening until he was gone. Now listen regularly to Hustler.
For me sign of a good sports show host, is the ability to maintain my interest, when the sport or subject is something I don't care about, and Hustler can do that.
Turned on Westwood today, think he was discussing Tanev's contract, said it was "shocking"
turned it off immediately. The guy needs to turn it down a notch or two.

The thing I appreciate most about Hustler is that he interviews very well. He let's the guests speak and asks good questions. He never acts like he knows more than anyone else. 
When Lawless was there, he would ask a question, then give his opinion before the guest had a chance to answer to try to "show off" to the guest. 

Not that nonsense again about the guys who drove across Canada. Scheer isn't "courting racists " and to even suggest such a thing is either desperate or ludicrous.  To frame the argument with having to choose between a guy who is ACTUALLY guilty vs a completely false accusation is disingenuous. Anyone voting on that premise really is being suckered.
