I'm confused... If the 3rd place team only makes it to the Grey Cup 9 times out of 124 chances, how do they win 5 out of 62 chances??? The first stat says they only make it there 9 times, so where does the 62 chances come from?

Forget about impeachment for now... concentrate on getting actual investigations going. Those senate investigations are a ******* sham and do nothing but embolden, enable and protect trump. Get that going first and see what a non-narrow in scope investigation looks like. Bare bone stats like this really have no meaning. For instance: does it take into account the Bombers were in the East Division a number of those years, or that both teams missed the playoffs a number of those years? They did meet in the Grey Cup in ‘07. We all know the events surrounding that match. So, in 52 years, the Riders beat us in the playoffs 4 times. Wow..impressive.

Firstly, it's not at all unusual to wait until after the Grey Cup to make changes. Secondly, why is it that in every other post you are screaming about somebody needing to be fired? It's almost fetish-like.

There is a very real problem of a high number of Rider posters that come here purely to troll. There is immediate suspicion on anyone who comes here under the Rider banner, is here to troll, because over 95% that come here do just that. It is unfortunate that every Rider fan here gets lumped into that category, and is jumped on by some posters, but there is good reason that it happens. I just banned a “semi regular” Rider poster here yesterday. Turns out he had signed up with 3 accounts, one with a very insulting name. It gets so tiring dealing with the stupid games people try to play, and the tolerance level gets lowered every time.

Never let facts get in the way of a good insult.

1984 - we club the Eskimos into the ground at home in the WSF, then defeat the almost unbeatable Lions on their home turf in the WF, despite the mass amount of crowd noise (this was the 1980's when people in BC used to attend Lions games), then we went into Edmonton for the Grey Cup and smoked the Dieter-led Ti-Cats. I see history repeating itself this year.

They also make announcements after playoffs all the time too. The point is that you can't necessarily read anything into the fact that someone has or hasn't been fired yet. Some teams actually will think things through for a bit and wait to see how things shake out elsewhere before tipping their hand.

As you would be quick to tell anyone else - there are other variables that have to be accounted for: 1. All three teams have or had injuries at key positions - who has the best situation right now in terms of injuries? 2. Is anyone going to start their 2005 or 1965 Quarterback? 3. Of those third place teams - how close were their records to the second place team? Were they third place teams that had a slow start but picked up the pace late in the year? 4. Did they beat the first and second place teams convincingly late in the season? Note: these questions may be considered rhetorical.

The people that like Trump are not moved by facts, and they can change what they think at the drop of a hat. I think there are some things that a fairly large majority of Americans agree on. That's what the Democrats should work on. Then, put up a very good candidate next time round, and vote Trump out .

The advantage to the Riders LBer corps because they rotate more mediocre players through during the game? It makes zero sense. Let's just discount MOP level play from Bighill, all star level play from Santos Knox and give the edge to a Rider LBer crew anchored by Sam Hurl with a couple of hobos beside him. Literally the stupidest thing I have read and just kills the credibility of an otherwise good break down. Bombers LBer crew is vastly superior to the Riders....it isn't even comparable. I am gobsmacked that a professional CFL journalist would even think they were comparable let alone superior to ours.

I disagree. This place can be terrible. There are 3-4 posters who are brutal. The rest of the forum is pretty good. I do agree with you though, RF.com can be intolerable even as a Rider fan some days. Its the same old men yelling at each other all day. Makes me wonder how some of them have 7000-8000 posts on a new forum format.

Even the worst of you get many, many freebies before anyone really tears into you. it's much less lenient and friendly at riderfans and if you say otherwise you're delusional. Frankly, I've seen stuff that would get a bomber fan banned there, barely even draw a reply here.. we are far more tolerant.
