Like I tried to explain to everyone who was in a mad panic over a shitty stretch, things in the CFL change quickly. No need to panic just right the ship and carry on.

We have given up 365 points...Riders have given up 373...we both have given up 30 offensive TD's...we have given up 13 passing TD's (2nd in league) you guys 20 (good for 6th)...We forced 41 turn overs...Riders 36..tied for interceptions and and fumble recoveries...and have 131 points off turnover as opposed to 91 for the Riders...you do have edge in sacks 41 to 37 but most of yours come from 2 guys, where Winnipeg doesn't have to rely on 2 guys. So based on stats..which you seem to indicate don't lie..how is the Rider defense better...statistically in all the major points you trail Winnipeg?? Also..you are dead last in punting average and net punting..sixth in kick off average...we are tied at 3rd for punt return average given up..Riders have given up 3 kick return Td's to our 1...we blocked 3...you blocked 2...though you have returned 4 and we have returned 1...and we have least ST penalties in the league...so again...how are the riders far superior? Based on numbers and stats...it seems that the Rider's are a far superior team in luck and horseshoes moreso than in ability...based on stats

You were saying how you were a superior team and most people with a shred of intelligence have said yes you have the better record, but are a flawed and very fortunate team to be there...and the stats basically disprove all the crap you spew how the 3 phases of the Riders are better..hence better team...but facts and stats prove other wise...You guys got lucky and if not for Nichols playing like a Highschooler would have lost both games....but he appears back on track..so Saturday after 16 games being played..will most likely indicate who is actually better talent wise...not previous record wise I know stats..facts...logic...common intelligence is hard for a Saskatchewan fan to digest..let alone understand...but if you can honestly sit there and chirp about what a better all around team you are because you have been fortunate up to now..then I don't know what to say

SLOW DOWN. There are WAY to many numbers in this post for any rider fan to really understand. Please limit the numbers in any given post to 4 when speaking with a rider fan.

You know for all the **** that Riders fan talk, they've won twice since 1990 and one of those was in 2007 against a QB making his first start and that had a pick 6 that should not have counted. Fairly close to it being one apiece for both franchises since 1990.

Oh, and he's on pace for a career season in rushing yards and games with 100+ rush yards in a season. I think you mean archetypal. I'm not sure that any of the names bandied about would have actually improved the team in any measurable way. The only thing that a trade would have done is to satisfy the "they have to do something" itch that so many here seem to need to have scratched.

Despite a marginally lower average TOP, the Bombers have scored way more points (429 >> 302), more TDs (44 >> 22), put up more yards (5433 >> 4886), and more first downs (336 >> 265), and less 2 & outs (69 >> 86).

Acid rain was averted because we made into law limits to curb our sulfur dioxide emissions. Air Pollution was curbed (it's still an issue, but it's being dealt with) due to legislative proposals that curbed air pollutants. think of catalytic converter on all cars now. Ozone Layer depletion- legislation to curb CFCs. Lead pollution due to leaded fuel was an epidemic until legislators banned leaded fuel. When legislators listen to science, a lot can be done. Evidence based decision making is a must when making laws to protect our planet.

What I see is a QB who uses the tools he has available to him to fit the design of the system he’s involved in. Does it really matter that he takes advantage of one of the best kickers in the league? Or use a RB who is capable up putting up yardage, no matter how? Does he not run an offence that incorporates exactly these kind of players? Everything has to be working perfectly? No team has that. What I also see is other QBs struggle when pieces of their lineup are not available. Must be a mediocre league.

One thing I will say in defence of the bombers is that they did add Adam Bighill after the free agent spending period was over. That add wasn’t cheap and was more impactful then the kind of moves the other teams are making.

Nichols wasn’t the reason we lost 2 playoff games with him at QB; 2017 - 35 out of 48 attempts. 72.92% for 371 yards 3 TDs 0 ints. 2016 - 26 of 40 attempts 65% for 390 yards 2 TDs 0 ints Those numbers are very good.

Not too long ago, you would have raked a post like this over the coals... how do you know EJ was available? Why do you think a concussed SJ Green is better than Thompkins? We have two NI REC that should end up with 600+ yards - why is Armanti Edwards better than that? Nichols went into a ridiculous funk for four games... we literally gave away two games to the Riders otherwise we'd be in 2nd place and everyone would be planning the Grey Cup parade ha... If the old Nichols is actually back, anything is possible this year... haven't seen parity like this in a long time

The answer to this is yes, go back and watch game film of any Bomber road game and you will see people wearing our jerseys. Are you asking if you can see Blue Bomber gear worn around the world? Yep. As for Rider gear, I've been in England, Scotland, Italy, France and Austria among other places and seen none.

the numbers I threw out were for previous years... just saying, it wasn't all Matt putting up points on the board. we're late in the 2018 season, and maybe finally starting to find a good blend of play calling that's allowing this offence to start working well. All the weapons are on the field, and things are working well. Hopefully this can continue, and *knock on wood* everyone stays healthy. Would be amazing to have the Blue & Gold finally have everything in sync at the right time of year! Saturday is going to be a fun game to be at... hopefully it's a raucous crowd!

I've missed three homes games this year and probably haven't missed three games in the last 5 years combined... What I am saying is when you do watch the game... if you are truly emotionally invested in a team... you will feel everything cheering for your team... no matter the circumstances...
